Greetings All,
Technopat wishes to make it perfectly clear that neither Mrs Tp nor he had anything to do with Esperanza Aguirre being included on SueMac's list. In fact, Technopat is seriously thinking of setting up a petition for having it removed, and if Mrs Tp ever finds out that she has contributed, through me, to a list which includes la Espe, Technopat will be sleeping on the felpudo (En. anyone?).

I disagree, I think Ms Aguirre should be in there along with her clangers, ie. she'll probably be best known after her politcal career is over as having been the person who stopped the guardos forestales of Madrid from carrying out their work (temporarily hopefully).

Greetings All,
Here's the full story behind Nick's subtle insinuations:
http://www.cadenaser.com/articulo/espana/familia/Esperanza/Aguirre/beneficiada/trazado/AVE/Lleida/csrcsrpor/20030929csrcsrnac_3/Tes/
Maybe we can set up a slimey sleaze board somewhere without Clive noticing  :dancing: (trouble is it would get boring after a while 'cos the name Esperanza Aguirre and her family and friends would keep popping up all the time ...).

Hi Nick TP and Lisa

I have been knocked off the internet again for over 24 hours yet again so I have been missed all the fun.....! I rest my case - she definitely deserves her place.  When I ve managed to get all the important things before this .... computer goes down again then I will add the couple of references but I will need the english ones.

Who said it was warm?  I am huddling under b :biggrin:lankets and wrapped up with dogs

(Oscar appears to be growing two inches a day) :o  who wrote that?

Greetings SueMac,
And here I was thinking you were boycotting this thread 'cos we were 'aving a go at your poor (ha! ha! - not) Espe ... :technodevil:

Not sure if I understood you correctly - were you asking for help with the translation?

As part of his selfless all-in-the-name-of-the-public-good service, Technopat would be more than happy to oblige (but he still has a few paragraphs left to do on another thread which he had forgotten about... )

Hi folks

I have added a few more  (Part 4)but draw attention to Ricardo Cordoniu - the apostle of the tree - who used his money  to restore to its former glory the over-used over-logged  pine forest in the Espuna.

ps my blog piece for  "Another Year in Spain -  February" is also up
