We are off to Frigilania in May. Last year we went in June. I understand the Flora etc is more colourful in May and the creepy crawlies abound!  I must say I noticed a lot of dead stuff and passed it best in June! Has anyone any help with this one?? Regards in advance. Cool

Correct, May is better than June. This was true in particular for last year. If you look at my graph in this post (What is the weather doing.......):

you will see that May 2009 was very dry! In addition, the rain in March and April was also below average, so no wonder that June was not on top!
