Help with id please

I think this is a Rumex, but I can't match up the leaf. Our mountains are full of beautiful fountains of this plant in Spring, both in white and pink.

Any help would be appreciated.

what about Rumex induratus which is from white to deep pink and all shades in between.

I did think it may be that one but the leaves were different to websites I'd looked at. On the websites the leaves were more leathery and not as pointed as the ones on the photo.
