Windy and chilly - but sunny - in Madrid.
The drive back to Madrid from the Summit included a pretty hairy pass through Zaragoza, which apart from the miles of major roadworks along the ringroad and beyond, was the windiest this driver has ever experienced. Yours truly is still suffering from agujetas (En. anyone?) in the antebrazos (En. anyone?). The high winds have since hit Madrid and the sky is full of plastic bags and newspapers flying high above the buildings and sand from sundry building/road works flying into people’s eyes. Accompanying major drop in temps.
