Hi Everybody
Sat on the terrace this evening after a very mild day, here in Leon, I was surprised to see a bat flit past, we are used to seeing them here, but not usually this early, has anybody any idea if all Bats hibernate?
Regards
Dave

Hi Dave, luckily we have our bat expert friend with us. He says that if there's food around then they'll fly, so basically, if it's warm enough they'll be out. He's got his bat detector in hand and has heard just now, Lesser horseshoe, Free tailed and Pipistrelle.

Greetings Lisa and Dave,
Interesting series of one-liners on this thread, but please help me out - barring any not-fit-for-general-public content - re. the cryptic reference to Don. The only Dons  that come to mind (apart from the Oxbridge, etc. ones) are Quixote and Camillo  (two opposite extremes of the political spectrum?).

Regs.,

PS.
It's Lisa's use of the  >:D that worries the hell out of me...

PPS.
Re. remarks made elsewhere regarding actors from the LOG, thinking of Don Camillo reminded me of Brian Blessed, a very under-rated stalwart of screen and stage, though I never actually saw the series, I can well imagine him in the role of Peppone.

Tp have you had a sense of humour failure cos you didn't get a pink camera at 3 kings ???

Dave called Lisa Lucy so Lisa (not Lucy) called Dave Don... me and Sue thought it was funny but then we both have neat cameras....
