Hi all,

I was interviewed last month by the English-language version of El País on the iberian lynx and rabbits:

You can only read this today 12 May. I haven't had time to read it yet. The plug is bigger than i expected! I didn't know I had co-authored an article

Just a point. I didn't say Spain definately come from "land of rabbits", just that it was the most popular theory. Actually it should be land of rock hyraxes but there wasn't room for that in the article. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hispania#Name

Well, I didn't write though the main article. That was Rob Train of El País, but he leant heavily on a thing I wrote and sent him about rabbits which is why he credited me as co-author of the box text at the end.

I think it's only available with the International Herald Tribune.

Clive is going to put up the pdf on the ibnf server so it can be accessed in the future.

Well done Nick.  I'm impressed!

But a point.  You say:

Quote
I didn't say Spain definately come from "land of rabbits", just that it was the most popular theory

but now that that has been published in a respectable newspaper it has (at least by Wikipedia standards) become "truth".
