Mick asked if there is a website listing the Spanish names of orchids. Here are a few I've found;

The Four Language Web Program, not confined to orchids though it lists quite a lot. Scientific names plus Spanish, English and Dutch.

Waste magazine's plant guide. Shame about the name but it gives common names for some orchids found around the Med.

Herbario Virtual del MediterrĂ¡neo Occidental gives names in Spanish and Catalan.

I'm sure there are more which, when I remember them, I'll post here.
Accommodation, ski touring, snowshoeing, walking and info on the flora and fauna of the Picos de Europa.
And now,
The Picos de Europa
Your complete English guide to these beautiful mountains of Northern Spain.

Hi Lisa,

I find the Waste magazine site so slow and full of weird popups... If it wasn't for those I would use it more because it definitely has a lot of useful information in it...
