Not sure if this is quite the right section but I was looking through a dragonfly article where I came across coordinates described as e.g.

UTM 30SUF45

for Río Alaminos, afluente del río Fuengirola Málaga

From the excellent http://sigpac.mapa.es/fega/visor/ I can get the UTM zone 30 and then X and Y coordinates (roughly X 347,488m Y 4,047,282m) but I'm looking for a way of converting these X and Y coordinates into the 7 character/digit code.

Would there be a useful web site that explains all this?

Thanks in advance, Paul
