Veta La Palma (Seville) - info wanted

I confess I only investigated this site on seeing photos of a rather fine Western Reef Heron recently found there. However, my interest was further whetted by an interesting recent video (albeit somewhat propagandistic and with a vaguely robotic voice over) about the place and its birdlife which I found online -

I was also interested to watch a second video on the fish farming there -

(if I've missed typed the addresses then simply search Veta la Palma). It sounds altogether too good to be true! Does anyone have any views?
The video seems to suggest that birders can visit the area, but does not give details and neither does the website on the place (
www.vetalapalma.es
). It certainly seems a wonderful place - does anyone know about access arrangements?

Actually, on reflection, I think it's in Huelva not Seville province - no clue though as to how to change the heading!
