hello all, I thought it was time for a change so i am redesigning the forum.... adding some stuff and taking other stuff away..... I could take the forum down whilst I work but as I am only fiddling with the template it doesn't affect posts....

Sorry about the google ads.... sign of the times!... Only click one if you are interested in it!

Hi all

Unable to stop fiddling with the forum I have made some major changes.... So major in fact that the forum may be unavailable for a while this weekend.

I hope that you like the changes when the forum comes back online as soon as possible.

Best regards

Hi all

So apart from the annoying page reloading when you click on anything (the page returns to the top to show the 4 latest images then you have to scroll down a bit I will try and fix that as soon as possible) I think our little forum is looking very nice...

its now running the latest version of the simple machine forum script and everything seems to be working fine...

Best regards to all....

Finally finished with the upgrades and got those pesky images at the top to stop reloading all the time.... Huge thanks to the developer of the image gallery for this forum.... I could not have done it without him.... www.smfhacks.com

Anyway, I hope you like the new clean layout....

Keep on posting!

Hi to all....

I am making some major changes to the forum so it may be offline every now and again over the next week or so.

A completely new theme design that is responsive... ie it will work on mobile devices such as phones and tablets... New colours and layout and more user friendly

There is also an issue with the forum not being on a https (s stands for secure) Right now it is http. This gives a warning to anyone trying to log in to the forum that the site is not secure and that your password could be stolen in transit to logging in to the forum. Once the secure certificate is enabled the site will be as secure as any other https site such as google, bbc etc etc...

Hi all
So now I have finished adding the secure login along with other security addons.... The correct url for this site is now....

https://www.iberianatureforum.com/index.php

Note the S after http. This means that the login is secured with an oficial certificate... If you look in the top left of your browser bar then you should see a green padlock... This is the browser telling you that you are on a secure website where your password and login information is safe and can't be hijacked, hacked etc etc......

On some pages the padlock has a strike through it but that is becaiuse there are links on the page that I don't control (Like the signatures in your profile) that link to websites outside of  sign

Template work starting very soon  ;)
