Unidentified flowering tree

Unable to identify this tree...would be grateful for help please. They are in Spain, around the Valencia area and in full bloom now( April 15th)

Looks like Paulownia tomentosa. Sorry, don't know if there are different kinds in Spain.

I thought this at first, but the inside of the flowers on this are not speckled and the bark is smooth

I think that it is Paulonia... You can see the seed pods as well in your image......
