ID: Large beetle: Solved: Oil beetle

Came across this fast running bug this week, near the village here. It was about 4 cm long, with a greenish sheen (though it came out blue en the photo). Some kind of oil beetle, is it not?

Looks like a longhorn beetle Stictoleptura scutellata.... Have a google :)

Stictoleptura scutellata is up to 2 cm, this one was bigger!

Definitely an Oil Beetle (Meloidae), but I would hesitate to go beyond that.

spring is here when you start seeing oil beetles! I did a quick search and i can't find any ID keys on-line for Iberian oil beetles so can't help get it to species.
